Each part of the clamp is made of AISI 316 stainless chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel
The high-strength housing produces twice the clamping force, using only a simple nut-driver; it also has a vibration-resistant design, as effective as a nylon-insert locknut without the temp limits
Radiused band edges and a smooth band interior eliminate the risk of damage to the hose; the joining of the band to the housing results in even clamping force, eliminating "dead spots" and leak paths
Can be used in environments with aggressive atmosphere and high risk of corrosion. 316SS for a wide range of temps, from cryogenic service to 1200 degrees F
