Policy Guidelines

Returns within 7 days of purchase and with an original sales receipt will be exchanged or refunded via the RCIP store credit note. There will be NO cash refunds. Same day returns may be considered for cash refund on a case by case basis.

Return Criteria

• The original receipt is required for ALL returns and exchanges.
• A valid ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.

No Return/Exchange on the following:

• Promotional (Sale) or Clearance items.
• Items that are damaged or abused
• Items that come in a kit and are missing components
• Labor, delivery

Return Expiration

Based on return/exchange patterns, RCIP reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges for 90 consecutive days.
